The company is a not for profit organisation which will manage and supply the utilities through the infrastructure installed in the building when the conversion took place.

The directors, who are also directors of the company which owns the Titanic Spa, currently own the company.

It is intended, however, once the practical aspects have been completed, that 48% of the share capital of the company will be transferred to a body representing the owners of the residential leases of the apartments in the building and for representative directors to be appointed to share in the management of the company.

The aim of the company is to supply to the occupants of the building a reliable and economic service whilst excluding the element of profit.

It is also the aim of the company to produce this service whilst keeping the ecological impact to a minimum.
